Steven Jenkins is the founder of ROIC. Steven is a Real Estate Development Strategist who partners with CEOs, executives and solopreneurs to grow their retail platforms through acquisitions and new store deployments. Over the past three decades, Steven and his teams have developed and delivered real estate strategies, transaction services and qualitative analysis for well over a 4,000+ locations in many US states and Canada, negotiating leases, acquisitions, dispositions, capital expenditures, due diligence and redefining corporate functions to better support strategy and growth.

His family ties to the Lake Sunapee Region date back to 1945 with both sides of the family summering at Blodgett Landing.  His parents met at Blodgett Lodge and were later married at the First Baptist Church, New London, New Hampshire.  Steven's passion with projects is apparent in his work and the lasting impression he has on the clients he works with. His open communication and straightforward business approach ensures clients are involved in the process every step of the way. 

 

ROIC Associates was born out of love and a passion for affordable and achievable construction projects, to fill a void in the residential market: a modern home with clean lines and fresh, high-end finishes. As the region’s fragmented housing ecosystem needs to become more cohesive and easier to navigate, ROIC's goal is to serve as an incubator of ideas and a vehicle for ensuring affordability with accountability.
